Is this application MTD compliant?

Yes, our software has been recognised by HMRC. To meet the submission obligation HMRC require you to connect to HMRCs systems using an application programming interface (API). Pinion’s Excel based tool take linked cells from your VAT working papers and enables the necessary API.

When can I submit my first return using the tool?

Your organisation needs to be migrated over to HMRCs new platform. This is taking place in phases. You can either contact HMRC to establish if you have already been ported over or when you will be migrated. Alternatively, Pinion can do this for you.

How will I know I am compliant with HMRC requirements?

The software is recognised by HMRC.

How will I know HMRC have received my return?

You will receive a reference/confirmation number on the application as soon as you submit your return and you can save it to your computer.

Usage tips and help included after login to the website, each screen will guide you through the few steps you need to take to use the tool, as required.

No, you are prohibited from doing this under the terms and conditions of the engagement.

What if I have several VAT registration numbers?

You can add any number of VAT numbers to your account on Vatify

What if I need to use the tool more than once?

Vatify allows you to submit as many returns as you like for each registration number.

If I sign up now when does the annual subscription run from?

Your subscription will last 60 days from the day of registration. When your subscription expires you can email us and we will gladly extend it
